Service Description

1. Program Development & Evaluation: • Design, implement, and assess social work programs that align with mission-driven goals. • Develop outcome measures and tools for tracking program success and community impact. 2. Staff Training & Capacity Building: • Provide specialized training on evidence-based practices, including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and recovery housing support. • Offer workshops on using AI technology in mental health documentation and treatment planning. 3. Strategic Planning & Organizational Growth: • Facilitate goal-setting, visioning, and long-term strategic planning for non-profits. • Guide organizations through growth phases while maintaining focus on core services and social impact. 4. Community Engagement & Collaboration: • Assist with stakeholder engagement strategies to foster collaboration with community partners. • Develop outreach initiatives to better serve vulnerable populations. 5. Grant Writing & Funding Strategy: • Identify funding opportunities and assist with grant applications. • Develop impact reports to demonstrate program outcomes to funders.
